Q. Do ACB accepts Brokers?

A. Yes. ACB accepts brokers / intermediaries between the hotel owner and us. However, the intermediary must accept our terms that indicates: If you are not a Hotel Owner, please share with us your name. ACB DO NOT pay any kind of commission in case of any BROKER wants to sell / buy a Hotel. Any BROKER needs to arrange it commission with the Hotel Owner. When you accept the terms of condition we know that you have the Hotel Owner permission to promote his/her de Ella Hotel. In case that ACB got a final business agreement about buying or selling any Hotel, this will be directly with the Company or Hotel personal Owner.

Q. On what do we base ourselves to make the decision to purchase a Hotel?

A. This depends on several factors. Please refer to the Purchase Procedure option, where we explain graphically how we carry out the purchase procedure.

Q. Why is ACB only booking for hotels between 10 and 30 keys (rooms)?

A. We are interested in small hotels. We believe that demand is currently focused on that business size sector.

Q. How does ACB pay me if they decide to buy my hotel?

A. Once we agree on the final price of your property, you will who decide how we might pay you. We can pay through bank check, bank transfer and even cryptocurrencies. IMPORTANT WARNING: we never pay in cash.

Q. How long it takes for us to a business’s Shakes hands with the ACB financial department for my hotel been sold?

A. It will depend more on you than on us. We require that the information you provide us be accurate. If the information provided is reliable and we verify it as such, it will be on our end to fast the selling of the property.

Q. What happens if my Hotel might have any kind of debts/loans?

A. For us, this is a very sensitive issue. We would like our company to pay these debts personally. In other words, if you have a debt/loan with a bank, we would personally cancel the debt/loan directly to the bank. This would happen if you have any pending salary payments and/or fees to your employees. Also with delayed taxes payments.

Q. Do we travel to where the hotel is located?

A. Yes. This is our diligence job. WE VISIT your. Place as a legal and accounting check that the hotel is available, certifying any kind of details that you gave us. Our job is to ensure the investment at the time of acquiring the property.

Q. Do we need to cover travel expenses for ACB?

A. No. ACB take care with these expenses, and, as a general rule, our executives DO NOT accept any benefit from the Hotel. This is against our values and rules. If our executive accepts a benefit from the hotel, this executive is immediately suspended. All expenses are under end.

Q. Is Our Hotel name going to have a different commercial name?

A. No. The hotel will continue with its original name.

Q. What should I expect for my staff?

A. ACB have as a goal, to keep your hotel jobs standing. We need your staff to continue running the hotel.
